— The whole platform
Everything a Canadian dealership runs on. Nothing it doesn't.
DealerStak was built inside a working wholesale dealership, then extended for the retail lots that asked for it. Every module below exists because somebody moving metal needed it — not because it filled a gap on a feature comparison chart.
Your storefront
Dealer Websites
A real website on your own domain, reading live inventory from the platform, built to be found rather than just to look good. Server-rendered, indexable, fast.
- Your domain, or a free .dealerstak.app address
- Inventory that can't drift from the lot
- AI background replacement and watermarking on photos
- Lead forms straight into your CRM
For the floor
Retail
Marketplace leads with a fifteen-minute contact clock, deal desking with lender and PPSA fees, a retail Bill of Sale, and salesperson permissions that keep the floor out of the books.
- LeadBack — claim, contact clock, automatic rebroadcast
- Deal terms, lien payout, credit disclosure tracking
- Clients and trade-ins
- Retail mode switches on per store, per person
For volume
Wholesale
Written on the floor of a working wholesale dealership. Cost per unit that includes everything, pricing intelligence from auction comparables, and anonymous bid links.
- StakScore auction-comparable pricing
- StakShare anonymous bid links
- Multi-vehicle Bills of Sale with e-signature
- Consignment with consignor records and signatures
The rest of it.
Included in the subscription. Not add-on modules with their own line on the invoice.
Bills of Sale & documents
Wholesale and retail Bills of Sale as proper PDFs, multi-vehicle deals, electronic signature with expiring signing links, stored signature specimens, watermarking and attachment combining. Scan a paper Bill of Sale and it reads itself. Everything encrypted in cloud storage and served through short-lived signed links.
Inventory & syndication
Full vehicle records, VIN decode against NHTSA plus a commercial data source, Transport Canada recall data, and window sticker lookup for Stellantis brands. Syndication feeds per channel — AutoTrader, Kijiji, CarGurus, Facebook Marketplace and your own site — with per-province sold-listing retention handled for you.
Accounting
Invoices and invoice PDFs, payment marking and adjustments, expenses with receipts. Upload a bank or credit-card statement and it is read and reconciled automatically, with receivable match suggestions. Give your bookkeeper scoped access through the external accountant portal instead of a full seat.
Profit per unit
Sale price, cost and true gross on every deal, with the costs that usually arrive three weeks late already counted. The number that tells you whether the month actually worked, available while you can still do something about it.
Compliance
AMVIC licence expiry tracking with automatic reminders, compliance document upload with expiry monitoring, and deal file checks. A full audit trail behind all of it. The platform is a tool, not a substitute for the paper your regulator requires — it tells you what is about to lapse.
Mobile app
The iOS companion app. Scan a VIN from the lot, get pushed the moment a bid or a lead lands, run CRM operations from your pocket, and liquidate wholesale inventory without going back to a desk.
StakShare & StakScore
Share a unit for bids through an expiring link without revealing who you are. Price it first against auction comparables. Two tools that exist because a wholesaler wanted them and wrote them.
Hail watch
Weather alerts for your actual lot location with radar, because a hail warning you read the next morning is not a warning. Built by people who have had a lot full of units under an Alberta sky in July.
Users, roles & support
Multi-user roles and permissions, a dedicated named account manager rather than a ticket queue, an in-app assistant, and NerdHerd — the people who wrote the platform taking feature requests directly.
Common questions.
- Do I have to take the whole platform?
- No. Retail mode switches on per dealership, and permissions are set per person, so a wholesale-only store never sees retail screens and a salesperson never sees the accounting. You pay one subscription and use the parts that match how you trade.
- Can I run wholesale and retail in the same account?
- Yes, and most stores that do both run them side by side rather than in two systems. The Bills of Sale differ because the paperwork differs, but inventory, clients and accounting are shared.
- Is the dealer website included or extra?
- Every dealership gets an address on dealerstak.app as part of the platform. A site on your own custom domain is scoped with your account manager, because the work depends on what you already have.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- You export all of it — records and stored files together — and it is yours. Data ownership is written into the Terms rather than left to goodwill.
- What if the platform is missing something I need?
- You tell your account manager and it gets built. That is the NerdHerd protocol, and it is the thing a dealer genuinely cannot get from a national vendor at any price.
